My last service visit was the fifth to resolve the same problem. And it remains unresolved

Numerous attempts to repair/trouble shoot our OnStar red light from coming on have failed. The most recent effort failed to correct the problem and the red light came back on the day after our last visit. I wish someone would resolve this issue as in addition to being annoying we have little confidence in the OnStar system

The staff was excellent at Jeff Johnsons and Logan the sales representative was very kind and knowledgeable. He made car buying easy.

On August 8, 2024 we came in to the service department in need of a new tire because of hitting something on the freeway (IS77) and causing a flat. We were met by Emily Puckett with a big smile. We had a contract, through Assurant, to cover the cost, and Emily took care of everything--we mean everything. All we had to do was wait in the customer waiting room and Emily took care to the rest. Each visit was handled both professionally and courteously. I received appt confirmations and the wait time for service was minimal. Johnsons is my go-to for sales and service. No complaints whatsoever.

Sales and Service staff were extremely welcoming, I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a great deal on a new or used vehicle!

Was pleased they went out of their way to fit me in when the service department was booked up for several days. Was not pleased with the amount charged for replacing corroded wire and terminal to the ABS system. $489.00.

I BOUGHT MY 2019 TRAX FROM THEM NEW. I USE THEM EXCLUSIVELY FOR SERVICE AND REPAIRS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY EFFICIENT AND HELPFUL. THEY OFFERED AN EXTENDED WARRENTY POLICY, WHICH I BOUGHT AFTER MY CAR REACHED OVER 60,000 MILES. RECENTLY, I NEEDED A NEW RADIATOR. BECAUSE OF THE POLICY I HAD PURCHASED, I SAVED ABOUT $1,200 IN COST OF PARTS AND LABOR. I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO RECOMMEND THEM - BOTH FOR SALES AND SERVICE.

Was lookig for a second car not really looking to buy at this time .The day was Sunday and the dealership was closed . You will not like it here. Bunch of liars. Management sucks and do nothing like what they promised. Recommend driving past this place! Go anywhere else to be treated fairly.

Mark Hanks searched til he found exactly what I wanted. And even delivered the car to me. I never went to the dealership. Great experience for me.

I was told the car I was purchasing had sirius xm radio, and was never told it had no mats until I went to put my things in it after I signed. I was told twice it had siruis xm and my car I was trading in that had sirius xm, I could simply transfer my account to this car. I get home and cant find it on my radio, I call monday morning and was told it didnt have it. If I had know this, I would not have purchased the car. Totally pissed. Ron Price
